Recipe of Hyderabadi Biryani Recipe

 From the very past to nowadays, if you're not a pure vegan then on special occasions biryani is a sign of happiness or some celebration type we can say, either it is hyderabadi biryani or any other type of biryani. Not only for celebrations, on regular days also many people prefer biryani.

And today we are talking about the secret recipe of delicious “hyderabadi biryani”.


Here we are taking the 1kg meat and all the measurements are according to it only.

Make sure some stuffed should be kept ready :- 

> 1 kg fresh and cleaned meat 

> 1 tablespoon  white salt

> 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, red chili paste, green chili paste.

> if you want then add some cucumbers with sliced carrot.

> if you want then add some boiled eggs(2 or 3).

> 4 tablespoon oil and ½ cup of water.

> Collect some spices (½ tablespoon cardamom powder, littlebit cinnamon   stick, some cumin seeds, 5 cloves, a pinch full of mace, 1 tablespoon saffron, red chilly powder).

> For adding taste you can add some mint leaves

> 2 tablespoon lemon juice

> 250 gms curd, 5 tablespoon butter.

> some onion (chopped slimy)


Start the process,

Get 1 kg of half cooked rice aside, take a cooker or pan in which you are going to cook and spread some oil so that it will not get sticked with rice or other ingredients. In that oil only get some slim sliced onion and fry it properly till it gets golden brown color. First you have to add meat with salt (according to taste), then put ginger garlic paste, little red chilly powder and mix it. Now one by one add mint leaves, mace, green chilly paste, cardamom powder, cinnamon and cumin mix it properly so that it can take its real nature. In that mixture add curd and butter and mix it thoroughly all together. After 2 mins add half cooked rice in it and put lemon juice on rice, mix it properly and add saffron with some for cooking half cooked rice water then mix it well. Cover the pan properly for at least 20 to 25 mins. 


After some time the Biryani will be getting ready and you can serve it with boiled eggs spread on it including cucumber and carrot (sliced).
