Egg Biryani Recipe :- 


If we talk about Biryani then some of us might think it is easy and for some it is tough but from an eating point of view it is fantastic. So  today we are talking about the most easy biryani which is “egg biryani”. 


For the egg biryani you have to collect some stuffs :- 

  1. White salt, Pulao masala, garam masala, chat masala, edible refined oil.

  2. 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, 5 cloves, ½ tablespoon peppercorn.

  3. 1 onion (sliced), 5 Green chillies ( small sliced), lemon juice 1 tablespoon, coriander leaves.

  4. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic  paste, 8 eggs(big size), 3 cup soaked basmati rice.

 

So let's start the  cooking process :- 

First boil 5 eggs and make its shell off. Take a big size pan,heat it, put oil in it and make an oil coat over it. Put sliced onion, green chilies, and all the spices along with ginger garlic paste on it and stir it properly, make it golden yellow in color, add little bit chat masala and put little bit garam masala.


Second step is to break 3 eggs and mix them thoroughly. Add the rice to it and fry it for a minute. Put some salt according to your taste. 


Third step is to add boiled eggs into it and pour a little water in the rice for cooking . Cover the rice and leave it till it is half cooked. 


Fourth step is, when the rice is cooked half then add some pulao masala and a little bit of lemon juice and mix it softly and cover it to cook fully and its water gets evaporated.


The fifth step is to open the pan and decorate it with coriander leaves and serve it with raita.
