  Veg Biryani Recipe :-  A dish which is loved all over india ….. A dish containing fresh veggies ….. A dish which is full of spices ….. A dish full of simplicity ….. Veg biryani ….. Collect some ingredients :-  1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste, ½ cup coriander leaves, 2 tablespoon lemon juice. 3 tablespoon finely grinded onion, 1.5 cup vegetables chopped, 3 green chillies chopped. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, table salt, ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, 1.5 tablespoon coriander powder, red chili powder (according to taste). 1 cup edible oil, 1 cup of rice 90% cooked. The main process starts now : -  Take a pan, put 2 tablespoons of oil and cumin seeds in it. Heat it. After 10 seconds, put grinded onion ginger garlic paste in it and mix it till it gets brown and put veggies in it and fry it half. Add green chillies, Coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt then mix it well. After 2 mins add lemon juice in it and cover it for 2 mins. Take half mixture out. Put half of the rice over the

We are talking about Paneer biryani here which is cooked in “Dum biryani” style and a perfect recipe for mainly vegetarians. So now let's get started :-  25 gm mint and 25 gm coriander finely chopped. 3 sliced onions, 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped), 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. 1 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 cups ghee, tomato paste. 1 tablespoon sugar and white salt, 2 green chillies, 5 cloves, black pepper powder, cinnamon, cloves. Egg Biryani Recipe :-  If we talk about Biryani then some of us might think it is easy and for some it is tough but from an eating point of view it is fantastic. So  today we are talking about the most easy biryani which is “egg biryani”.  For the egg biryani you have to collect some stuffs :-  White salt, Pulao masala, garam masala, chat masala, edible refined oil. 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, 5 cloves, ½ tablespoon peppercorn. 1 onion (sliced), 5 Green chillies ( small sliced), lemon juice 1 tablespoon, coriander leaves. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic  paste, 8 eggs(big size), 3 cup soaked basmati rice.   So let's start the  cooking process :-  First boil 5 eggs and make its shell off. Take a big size pan,heat it, put oil in it and make an oil coat over it. Put sliced onion, green chilies, and all the spices along with ginger garlic paste on it and stir it properly, make it golden yellow in color, add little bit chat masala and put little bit garam masala.
