Collect some ingredients :-  1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste, ½ cup coriander leaves, 2 tablespoon lemon juice. 3 tablespoon finely grinded onion, 1.5 cup vegetables chopped, 3 green chillies chopped. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, table salt, ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, 1.5 tablespoon coriander powder, red chili powder (according to taste). 1 cup edible oil, 1 cup of rice 90% cooked. The main process starts now : -  Take a pan, put 2 tablespoons of oil and cumin seeds in it. Heat it. After 10 seconds, put grinded onion ginger garlic paste in it and mix it till it gets brown and put veggies in it and fry it half.
