  Paneer Biryani Recipe :-  When a vegetarian and a paneer lover go for an outing then paneer dishes are common and if they are on lunch or dinner then paneer biryani with gravy or curd and salad will be considered most of the times. We are talking about Paneer biryani here which is cooked in “Dum biryani” style and a perfect recipe for mainly vegetarians. So now let's get started :-  25 gm mint and 25 gm coriander finely chopped. 3 sliced onions, 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped), 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. 1 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 cups ghee, tomato paste. 1 tablespoon sugar and white salt, 2 green chillies, 5 cloves, black pepper powder, cinnamon, cloves. Egg Biryani Recipe :-  If we talk about Biryani then some of us might think it is easy and for some it is tough but from an eating point of view it is fantastic. So  today we are talking about the most easy biryani which is “egg biryani”.  For the egg biryani you have to collect some stuffs :-  White salt, Pulao masala, garam masala, chat masala, edible refined oil. 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, 5 cloves, ½ tablespoon peppercorn. 1 onion (sliced), 5 Green chillies ( small sliced), lemon juice 1 tablespoon, coriander leaves. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic  paste, 8 eggs(big size), 3 cup soaked basmati rice.   So let's start the  cooking process :-  First boil 5 eggs and make its shell off. Take a big size pan,heat it, put oil in it and make an oil coat over it. Put sliced onion, green chilies, and all the spices along with ginger garlic paste on it and stir it properly, make it golden yellow in color, add little bit chat masala and put little bit garam masala.
